What kind of oversight and interaction would your ideal boss provide? What are the first three things you would do on the job if you were hired for this position? What frustrates you? It is important to expect some of these questions then to walk into the interview and expect the basics such as why did you apply for this job? Practice some answers to the questions and think like an employer, so you know what they want to hear.
